New Seasons constructed a new entry way to the Mcguffey Park Subdivision, greatly enhancing the entrance with a large eye-catching balanced display of flowering annuals, perennials, shrubs, and unique grasses. The design was further augmented with two 3,000 pound lime stone boulders as centerpieces and smaller “two man” boulders for edging spaced to look natural while providing structure and stability. Several of the residents on Merlin drive adjacent to the entry way also contracted with new seasons at the same time to re-work their landscapes front and back.

On the corner lot, lightly tumbled dark sandstone Holland Pavers were set to border along both sides of the driveway leading to the home and a triangle was set next to the side walk to expand the trafficway from narrow and confining to spacious and inviting. The yards were re-graded by removing old grass containing Bermuda, topsoil was spread and new fresh Fescue sod was laid. At the neighbors house extensive drainage work was completed by sister company “Drainage Solutions” (owned by New Seasons) to resolve a lingering problem of water in the basement. These new features have captured the attention of all Mcguffey Park residents resulting in a flood of inquiries for like landscaping to be developed for many home owners.

Cindy and Robert Roach found New Seasons at the 2008 Lawn & Garden Show. We met with Cindy before their wedding as they were searching for a “Simple, but Elegant” way to enhance the beauty and functionality of their property. Together we came up with a plan that fit the style of the home while providing versatile utility of otherwise unusable areas. The property is in Strafford and with rising fuel costs, our team had to be conservative on our driving which made for very long days. We gave Cindy and Robert a free upgrade from a treated pine fence to a great looking cedar fence as a wedding gift. By doing the fence and the landscaping at the same time our valued customers saved money by increasing efficiency. New Seasons is proud to say Cindy and Robert Roach are Happy Customers!

“I wanted to let you know how extremely pleased I am with the landscaping done in my yard! It is so beautiful to look at and the water feature is so calming after a long day at work. We have gotten so many compliments on how wonderful the yard looks now and the fence is one feature that I am really glad we decided to do at the same time. The cedar fence is great to look at!!! Your team has gone above and beyond the call for “simple, but elegant” in giving me a yard I truly enjoy being in more than somewhere else. Thank you again!!!
